Here at Community Baptist Church we have a heart for the community and seek to minister to the entire family. We believe that a family friendly church is exactly what most people are looking for. Through God honoring music and practical, solid Bible preaching/teaching, we hope that we can help you grow in your relationship with Christ. Below are some of the ministries that we currently enjoy!
Youth Activities
Teens are important at CBC. We have Sunday School classes for Jr. and Sr. High youths, Wednesday teen meetings, various outings and activities, and encourage multiple yearly events with Camp Joy.
Sunday School
CBC has always had a strong Bible teaching ministry fortified by our Sunday School program. Classes are held for children 3 and up with workshops and crafts. Teen and adult classes provide valuable time spent in God’s word.
Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting
Our Wednesday night prayer meetings are a time to praise God for His grace and lift up any issues to Him. Teen and adult meetings are available. This is a time of sweet spirit and blessing to all that attend.
Kids Patch Club
Our Wednesday night kids program focuses on learning with a purpose. Kids Patch Club is a discipleship program designed to train children to live, love, and learn the Bible. Kids enjoy a multitude of activities and games while learning valuable lessons through God’s Word.
Bible Studies
Once a month, we have separate Bible studies for the men and women in our church. These in-depth Bible studies are centered on singular topics to better our growth in Christ’s doctrine.
Camp Joy
Located in Whitewater, WI, Camp Joy emphasizes solid, Biblical teaching and preaching. Camp Joy has something for all ages. We enjoy taking teens here for summer camp and winter camp, as well as treating our men and women to the ladies and mens retreats that Camp Joy offers annually.
Missions
CBC has an active missionary agenda, supporting mission fields both home and abroad.
